Key Responsibilities

  • Develop scalable backend applications using Golang

  • Design, optimize, and maintain MySQL and MongoDB databases

  • Build event-driven systems using Kafka / RabbitMQ

  • Implement caching strategies using Redis

  • Own development lifecycle: design coding testing deployment monitoring

  • Troubleshoot and optimize production systems

Required Skills

  • Strong Golang development experience

  • MySQL or similar relational DB + schema design

  • MongoDB or similar NoSQL DB

  • Kafka or RabbitMQ for event-driven architecture

Nice-to-Have

  • Redis or similar caching tool

  • Experience with high-scale distributed systems
