Golang Job Details
Role & Responsibilities
Will play a key role in defining and delivering solutions while supporting the tactical execution of development initiatives. Responsibilities include:
Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to understand desired outcomes, define scope, and document requirements.
Develop proof-of-concept (PoC) solutions and implement them into production.
Analyze complex business problems and partner with Business Architects and Development Leads to document current and future state capabilities.
Evaluate how requirements impact business processes and the broader technical ecosystem; create and maintain solution blueprints.
Work with internal and external project teams to implement standard and custom functionalities.
Clearly communicate business requirements to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Manage multiple priorities through effective organization and communication.
Contribute technical documentation as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
3-5 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer ideally in the Security domain.
Proficiency with:
o Java, Spring Framework
o Python or Go
o Docker containers
o Kubernetes
o Build tools
o REST API development and integration, including unit and integration testing
Strong verbal and written communication skills and client-facing capabilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Understanding of software development lifecycles and related tools, including design and operations.
Ability to lead and maintain effective partnerships across business, operations, and IT.
Experience facilitating estimation sessions and supporting value-driven decision-making.
