Golang Job: Senior Java - Go Developer

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in application architecture, full-stack development, and problem solving to help design and develop components of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, innovative, and experienced in building robust, scalable, and secure systems using modern technologies.

Location: Hybrid 2 days per week - Brooklyn Park, MN or Remote

Responsibilities:
? Design, develop, and enhance components of identity and access management systems.
? Contribute to and gain insight into overall application architecture and system design.
? Apply modern software engineering patterns to create scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems.
? Collaborate cross-functionally to propose and implement system architectures aligned with business goals.
? Identify and solve complex technical challenges with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.
? Ensure delivery of well-tested, high-quality software solutions through CI/CD practices and automation.
? Work with a modern tech stack, including Kotlin, Micronaut, Java, Spring, Golang, Python, relational databases, Kibana, and CI/CD tooling.

Required Qualificaitons:
? Strong background in Application Architecture Design
? Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
? Proficiency in Java and/or Golang (preferred)
? Strong Full Stack Development capabilities
? Excellent Problem Solving and Critical Thinking skills
? Development experience with Kotlin, Java, Golang, or Python
? Ability to deliver scalable, production-grade solutions

Preferred Qualifications:
? Experience in Cybersecurity
? Background or familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts
