- Design, build, and operate DevOps tools and processes.
- Develop horizontal technologies and best practices for engineering teams.
- Define and implement CI/CD pipelines, source control strategies, and monitoring solutions.
- Create reusable frameworks and libraries for scalable microservices.
- Troubleshoot and improve system architecture with a focus on performance, security, and reliability.
- Collaborate in an Agile environment, participating in daily stand-ups and iterative development.
- Mentor developers and promote best-in-class engineering practices.
- Backend: Java (SpringBoot), MongoDB
- Frontend: Svelte (preferred), React/Angular (acceptable)
- Infrastructure: AWS, Terraform, Concourse
- Security: SDL, audit, posture management tools
- Development: Agile methodology, story-based ticketing
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in cloud-based software engineering
- Strong Java development skills (Java 1.8 preferred)
- Experience with Python; Golang or NodeJS is a plus
- Proven experience with AWS (EC2, S3, DynamoDB, Lambda, API Gateway, Fargate)
- Hands-on experience with microservices and distributed systems
- Familiarity with MongoDB and other NoSQL/relational databases
- Understanding of network security and distributed architectures
- Experience in Agile teams and CI/CD environments
- Experience with SpringBoot
- Frontend development experience (Svelte, React, Angular)
- Security background (cybersecurity, audit, posture management)
- Terraform and Concourse experience
