GoLang Developer with Java exp 12+yrs:: ::

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Java Developer with GoLang experience, or a GoLang Developer with strong Java background, to join a high-performing team working on scalable, cloud-native applications.
Candidates with prior Capital One experience are strongly preferred.
Key Requirements:
- Only candidates with a strong mix of GoLang and Java will be considered.
Strong 12+yrs experience in Java development in an enterprise environment.
Hands-on experience with GoLang for microservices or backend services.
Ability to design, develop, test, and deploy APIs and backend services.
Experience with cloud-native architecture (preferably AWS or similar).
Strong understanding of system integration, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Ability to work in an agile and collaborative remote environment.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Former Capital One experience (Highly Preferred)
Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
