Position Overview

Ideal candidates will have a solid background in software development, especially with Golang, cloud technologies, and containerization. You will collaborate with senior engineers to help build backend services, integrate MongoDB, and enhance CI/CD workflows.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the development of RESTful and gRPC APIs in Golang using Gorilla Mux
• Conduct CRUD operations and optimize queries in MongoDB
• Deploy and maintain services on AWS platforms such as Lambda, EC2, and API Gateway
• Containerize applications using Docker and assist with Helm deployments
• Contribute to observability and monitoring using OpenTelemetry and Datadog
• Help develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and GitLab CI
• Work alongside senior engineers to resolve bugs, perform testing, and support production systems
• Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and collaborative team activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4 6 years of professional experience in software development, including at least 2 years with Golang
• Strong understanding of REST API design, core data structures, and backend systems
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB integration in backend services
• Proficient in Docker, containerization workflows, and basic Kubernetes concepts
• Working knowledge of AWS deployment strategies

Position Summary

We are seeking a Mid-Level Golang Developer with proven expertise in creating scalable backend solutions, integrating with MongoDB, deploying applications on AWS, and managing containerized environments. This onsite position involves close collaboration with senior engineers and offshore teams to deliver robust, production-ready software.

Main Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Golang microservices using Gorilla Mux and gRPC frameworks.
• Create efficient MongoDB queries and perform CRUD operations following best schema practices.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS services including API Gateway, Lambda, EKS, EC2, and S3.
• Containerize microservices with Docker and handle deployments using Helm.
• Implement observability with OpenTelemetry and set up monitoring dashboards and alerts in Datadog.
• Contribute to the design and upkeep of CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and GitHub Actions.
• Participate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of production issues.
