- Lead Micron product qualifications with internal and external customers
- Develop validation strategies and system test methodologies for new technologies
- Design and implement automation for system-level testing
- Perform computer and system characterization and failure analysis
- Collaborate with system enablers and multi-functional teams across Micron
- Use lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and signal generators
- Communicate technical findings clearly to diverse audiences
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
- Experience or understanding of hardware systems (e.g., x86, ARM, DRAM, Intel, AMD)
- Familiarity with lab equipment (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, motherboard)
- Proficiency in software tools and languages (Python, Linux, SQL, C#, Golang)
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Internship or experience in a related field
- Knowledge of computer system architecture and DRAM operation
- Innovative attitude with a desire to improve processes and products
- Excellent communication skills for multi-functional collaboration

Position Overview
As a System Compatibility Engineer, you will be responsible for validating Micron's DRAM products in customer systems.
