Golang Job: Backend Engineer

This is a backend engineering role supporting the development of software applications for medical devices and server-side platforms. The team delivers on-site features connecting to customers via web sockets, and all applications are deployed on AWS.
This is a backfill role for a mid-level engineer (~7+ years experience). The team is currently using Python but is migrating to Golang, so Golang experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities
Develop backend applications in Python (and Golang) to support medical device features.
Work with web sockets for customer connectivity.
Deploy and manage applications on AWS.
Troubleshoot backend systems and database integrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams.
Requirements
7+ years of backend software engineering experience.
Hands-on development experience with Python, AWS, and SQL.
Golang experience strongly preferred.
Strong backend application development skills.
BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
