- Design, develop, and maintain automation and configuration as code for Public Cloud Kubernetes infrastructure.
- Collaborate with global teams to set up and manage Public Cloud Kubernetes infrastructure.
- Work closely with Product Management and Vendors to ensure cloud services align with customer needs.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform.
- Develop and maintain scripts in Python, Golang, or Shell Scripting for automation and infrastructure management.
- Set up and manage development projects using modern tools and practices, including Git, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitOps, and test-driven development.
- Ensure continuous integration and deployment in a Linux-based environment.
- Provide expertise in DevOps, infrastructure, and cloud computing.
- Experience in Kubernetes and container-based technologies.
- Proficiency in one or more cloud service providers: Google Cloud Platform, Azure, or AWS.
- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
- Development skills in Python or Golang.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Shell Scripting.
- Experience in distributed enterprise environments and setting up new development projects.
- Familiarity with modern development tools and practices, including Git, GitHub, Jenkins, and GitOps.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes ecosystem tools like Helm, Kustomize, OPA, and FluxCD.
- Proficiency with Linux command line and debugging tools.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs for managing and configuring compute and storage infrastructure.
- Ability to write comprehensive unit tests, including mocking external utilities and APIs.
- 4 to 8 years of overall engineering experience.
- 4+ years of experience working with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience working in teams using Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile practices.
