Responsibilities:

As a Principal Software Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Design and develop complex software solutions using Golang and other advanced technologies.
2. Lead a team of software engineers in the development and implementation of software solutions.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
4. Work closely with our product team to conceptualize, build, test, and realize products.
5. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
6. Implement robust and secure software components.
7. Deliver high-quality software solutions in line with the company's standards and expectations.
8. Mentor junior team members, providing them with guidance and support.
9. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our software solutions remain cutting-edge.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the role of Permanent Principal Software Engineer will have the following qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Golang.
3. Demonstrated experience in leading a team of software engineers.
4. Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and processes.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
6. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
