Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java/Golang Developer with strong expertise in AWS cloud services to design, build, and optimize scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Java, Golang, microservices, and cloud-native development, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services in Java (Spring Boot) and Golang.

  • Build RESTful/gRPC APIs, microservices, and serverless applications on AWS.

  • Optimize applications for scalability, latency, and cost-efficiency in the cloud.

  • Work with AWS services (Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, API Gateway, etc.).

  • Implement event-driven architectures using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS EventBridge.

  • Ensure security best practices (IAM, VPC, encryption, secrets management).

  • Automate deployments using CI/CD pipelines (AWS CodePipeline, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).

  • Monitor and troubleshoot applications using CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana.

  • Mentor junior developers and lead technical discussions.

  • Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of backend development experience (Java/Spring Boot + Golang).

  • Strong expertise in Golang (concurrency, performance optimization, frameworks like Gin/Echo).

  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (Serverless, Containers, Databases, Messaging).

  • Experience with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes (EKS), and IaC (Terraform/CDK).

  • Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB).

  • Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and observability tools.

  • Strong understanding of security, scalability, and distributed systems.

<>Good-to-Have:</>

  • AWS certifications (AWS Certified Developer/Solutions Architect).

  • Experience with GraphQL, WebSockets, or real-time systems.

  • Knowledge of multi-cloud or hybrid cloud deployments.

  • Familiarity with Python or Node.js is a plus.
