A leading SaaS platform that enables organizations to rapidly build and deploy enterprise-grade applications is seeking a Lead Platform Engineer. Their technology integrates automation, case management, and workflow orchestration to optimize operations across industries such as government, finance, and healthcare.

This position is fully on-site (5 days/week) in McLean, VA and involves 30-40% research and architecture, evaluating new tools and technologies to shape the future state of the platform.

Required Experience:
  • 7+ years of professional engineering experience
  • Deep expertise with Kubernetes and container orchestration
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform and AWS
  • Proficiency in Python, Golang, and Java
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experiencing mentoring a junior employee
