Job Summary:

We are seeking a Product Owner with a strong Telecom background, specifically in MVNO/MVNE operations, to lead the development of digital products and backend systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of telecom workflows (e.g., provisioning, rating, billing, SIM lifecycle), combined with experience working with Golang-based microservices and AWS cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the bridge between business and engineering teams, ensuring product requirements are clearly defined and delivered.
  • Own and maintain the product backlog, define epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for telecom use cases.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across MVNO/MVNE operations to prioritize features and drive end-to-end delivery.
  • Work with development teams using Golang and AWS to implement scalable and secure solutions.
  • Understand and translate telecom business processes like customer onboarding, SIM provisioning, number portability, CDR processing, and billing into product requirements.
  • Conduct grooming, planning, and review sessions with Agile teams.
  • Ensure compliance with telecom regulations and SLAs through product functionality and reporting.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3 7 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in the Telecom industry.
  • Deep understanding of MVNO/MVNE operations including OSS/BSS components.
  • Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Golang-based microservices architecture (ability to understand technical discussions, no need to code).
  • Familiarity with AWS services (e.g., Lambda, S3, RDS, SNS/SQS, API Gateway).
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Swagger/OpenAPI.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with number provisioning, SIM activation APIs, or eSIM platforms.
  • Knowledge of CDRs, TAP/RAP, or real-time rating engines.
  • Previous experience launching or supporting telecom self-service portals or mobile apps.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines on AWS.
