We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Software Engineer with a focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI) to join our team. Our ideal candidate will be instrumental in pioneering our AI initiatives in the scientific industry. You will have the opportunity to work on groundbreaking projects, developing and implementing AI and machine learning algorithms to drive innovation and enhance our scientific research capabilities. This role requires a high level of creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership skills, as you will be tasked with guiding our projects and ensuring that our solutions are designed and built to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain AI-driven software solutions to support scientific research and development.
• Leverage your expertise in Ruby, Golang, API Development, and Redis to build robust, scalable, and high-performing applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, design solutions, and ensure the successful execution of AI projects.
• Lead the design and implementation of machine learning models, providing expertise on AI concepts and technologies.
• Regularly review and refactor code, ensuring high-quality software and system performance.
• Stay current with the latest AI trends and technologies, leveraging this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation within our organization.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. A master's degree will be considered an advantage.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on AI and machine learning technologies.
• Proficient in software development languages such as Ruby and Golang.
• Demonstrated experience in API Development and Redis.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks, libraries, data structures, data modeling, and software architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and develop AI models that address scientific research needs.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and inspire a team towards achieving common goals.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest AI trends and technologies.
• Experience in the scientific industry is highly desirable, but not essential.
