- 2-3+ years of strong hands on AWS experience (need to have experience migrating an app from on prem to cloud or worked at Amazon, etc.) **Must truly understand cloud**
- Golang experience
- Terraform experience
- Ideally someone who has built out EKS solutions/containers and knows how to support it.
- Serverless architecture (API Gateway, Lambda, Dynamo DB, S3, SQS, etc...)
- Serverless development (Golang, NodeJS)
- IaaS (Terraform, GitLab CI)
- Lambda
- Chaos Monkey
- Actual experience at Amazon
- Banking always a plus
