Position: Golang Developer

Location: REMOTE

Duration: Contract

No H1B

Required:

• Your primary focus will be on developing event driven services and data pipelines.
• Translating software requirements into stable, working, high-performance software
• Work on interesting and difficult problems
• Develop services that interact with RDBMS and Kafka
• Develop quality unit/integration tests to ensure a quality product
• Playing a key role in application architecture and design of the system

Education and Experience Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years of hands-on software development experience
• Go software development experience
• Experience with highly transactional distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of building RESTful API fundamentals
• Experience designing and building Microservices
• Experience building go applications backed by a relational database such as Postgres or MySQL
• Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes
• Experience software version control (Preferably Git) and continuous integration tools (Jenkins)
• Experience with Event Driven Architectures using Kafka

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
