Golang Job: Sr. Technical Java Software Engineer

We are looking for a smart software engineer who loves coding challenges. You will work closely together with others software engineers around the world, good time to meet people at different time zones and cultures, and developing cybersecurity solutions on cloud platforms (cybersecurity knowledge is not mandatory). You will work mainly from home (can be fully remote, however we have a few offices them around Spain).

Every Day You Will:

• Attend agile ceremonies.
• Code with Java 11+ and Spring frameworks.
• Writes unit and integrations tests.
• Fix bugs and defects on your code end.
• Code revisions by "Pull requests" on Bitbucket repositories.
• Mentor junior developers and learn from them.
• Java application performance analysis.
• Be a technical reference.
• Be an active member of technical discussions.
• Breaking down technical problems into small tasks, and document them.

Required:

• Java 11 + Spring (Boot & Cloud) + Maven.
• Kafka.
• Microservices: JSON and RESTful API. Docker and Kubernetes, Lambda.
• Elasticsearch, Kibana.
• AWS tools for virtualization and defining/improving architectures.
• Atlassian suite: Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence, Bamboo.
• Advanced Linux user (Ubuntu).
• Remote work skills and outshore team members.

Nice To Have:

• Golang
• Azure, GCP.
• SQL and databases such as PostgreSQL, Aurora, DynamoDB, Cognito.
• Shell Scripts.
• Build Pipelines.
  Microservices deployment: Helm, Spinnaker.
