Golang Job: Front End Developer

Brief:
PetroPower is growing and we need your help! We are looking for a qualified Front-End Developer who is interested in building out (not from scratch but close) the web applications for our newly launched T-Rex product. Remote, at PetroPower HQ, or hybrid works for us. We want someone who has a knack for delivering testable code.

So, in short – live where you want & be passionate about growing a new product.

Who you’d be working with:
Brandon Snyder, is our UI/UX designer. He is based out of the KC area and works remotely (with the occasional trip to Wichita). On cold days you can find him near the space heater, coffee in hand, working on a new Figma design.

Preston Allen, is our Sr Back End Developer. He is based out of
Wichita and works a hybrid schedule. He is an outdoor adventurer and a craft beer fan. You will find him contributing as Co-Architect of the T-Rex back end.

Responsibilities

• Develop new and maintain user-facing features
• Evaluate the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability
• Get feedback from, and build solutions for, users and customers
• Contribute to troubleshooting efforts
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Front-end developer
• Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)

How to Stand Out

While not essential, experience with any of the following are helpful:

• GraphQL
• TypeScript
• React
• Golang

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
