Simulation Engineer

For our client in the Gas & Oil industry we are looking for a Simulation Engineer.

You will be working as a Data Engineering lead, managing one or more Data Engineering projects to develop and deploy innovative big data platforms for advanced analytics and data processing.

Do you want to help build a tool to facilitate a joint understanding of energy transition options with our B2B customers?

You will:

  • Have 3+ years professional experience, working solely without supervision
  • Help develop a customer centric energy system modelling and simulation capability
  • Bring knowledge of Back End software engineering, including Python and REST
  • Have a familiarity with Jira and GitHub
  • Have experience with modelling and simulation like; Simulink, Modelica, or other object-oriented simulation technologies

If you also bring knowledge of Golang and GraphQL you will be the perfect candidate.
