Good Analytical and algorithmic capability  Excellent hands-on skills in least one of the backend languages: GoLang / PHP / Python / Java / NodeJS.  Willingness to learn and work in GoLang (Familiarity with GoLang a plus)  Knowledge of RDBMS as well as NoSQL datastores  Clear understanding of Git  5+ years of experience as Backend Developer  Penchant for good programming practices, TDD etc
