The Client:-

This is an exciting and dynamic role where you will be working across multiple teams on some of the most innovative financial products in the market. This is an exceptional team with an outstanding and flexible culture and work environment.

Your role & Project details:-
  • Apply SRE principles to ensure monitoring and measuring.
  • Automate platform and services for reliable operations at scale.
  • Automation of our security and governance controls, and continuous delivery.
  • Assist development teams to apply the same principles to achieve quality in their releases and will be a subject matter expert on running services well on the cloud.
  • Sharing experience with engineers across the organisation.
  • Perform detailed solution analysis.
  • Working closely with dev and QA teams to spike new features and deliver products into production.
Your skills & experience:-
  • Extensive experience as a Cloud DevOps Engineer and/or similar position.
  • Cloud experience with either AWS, Azure or GCP
  • Comfortable coding in one or more languages (bash, JavaScript, Golang, Python, Powershell, etc).
  • Ability to advise upon, design and implement cloud security.
  • Docker and Kubernetes
  • Infrastructure as code via eg Terraform/Cloud Formation, along with
  • Continuous integration/delivery tooling such as Gitlab/Bitbucket/GitHub/Google Cloud Build/Bamboo/Jenkins, Spinnaker, etc.
  • Knowledge of IP networking is advantageous
  • Experience working with operations and architecture groups developing scalable and supportable solutions
  • Ideally worked in Agile environments.
