Golang Job Details

Every single OSI and Public cloud service has metrics that we want to house in Management Tools Metrics. We provide a firm-wide managed time series service.

Our technology stack is diverse, currently comprising of:
  • Java Spring Boot
  • GoLang
  • Python

On top of these foundational technologies, we also work closely with Grafana Labs. They are the folk that are building out industry leading observability tools.

Of Grafana Lab's technology, we deploy:
  • Grafana Agent for collecting metrics
  • Grafana Enterprise Metrics (GEM), previously Mimir, previously Cortex to house the time series

Some of the challenges we are currently faced with:
  • Scale
  • DevOps
  • Feature delivery over keeping the lights on
  • Removing older technologies
