Getcoins is one of the largest multi-cryptocurrency ATM Networks in the world; serving hundreds of thousands of users at hundreds of branches across the USA. Our mission is to provide a familiar and approachable interface to cryptocurrency adoption to consumers throughout the country.

Getcoins is seeking a golang developer to join our team to build the next generation of our ATM software and online trading platforms. You will solve unique, large scale, highly complex technical problems, bridging the constraints posed by web-scale applications and blockchain technology. You will help build the next generation of systems to make cryptocurrency accessible at retailers throughout the country.

Due to the tight integration of hardware resources for the project, work will be done in our office on Broadway in Denver most days.

What you'll be doing:

  • Maintain and expand existing ATM application
  • Maintain and expand existing online trading platform
  • Work closely with engineers, product design, and senior leadership to develop a product that serves our customers
  • Design scalable systems to solve novel problems with modern cloud technology and industry best practices.
  • Write high quality, well-tested code to meet the needs of our customers.

What we look for in you:

  • Strong experience with Go
  • Strong experience with GNU/Linux
  • Strong experience with SQL and relational databases

Nice to haves:

  • Kubernetes experience
  • At least some experience with JavaScript
  • AWS experience
  • Familiarity with various Blockchain protocols (such as Bitcoin, Ethereum etc)
  • You’ve built financial, high reliability, or security systems.
  • You have gone through a rapid growth in your company (from startup to mid-size).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
