Requirements
We are looking for a software developer to help us to build an infrastructure based in Kubernetes. The infrastructure team's mission is to bring a common framework, common solutions and guidance to all Entrust applications and services.
Job Description
We are looking for students attending the last year of their IT/Computing Degree and are looking for a Company where they can develop their Final Projects and want to train in Software and Services Engineering, eager to program and eager to learn.
Our offer at the Department of Development of PKI Solutions Deployments. This area is centralized in Barcelona and is dedicated to developing an infrastructure based in Kubernetes that allows the deployments of the different Entrust applications and services. We follow Continuous Delivery (CI / CD) practices and focus on minimizing the production cycle time of new functionality
We use the K8s ecosystem (Prometheus, Loki, Longhorn, Istio, etc) to implement that infrastructure. This is the same ecosystem that companies like Salesforce, Paypal, airbnb, etc use to provide their services.
We also develop the services in small components developed in Go programming language. Go (golang.org) is a modern language that Google has been developing to improve cycle time by putting new services and new functionality into production. Go is widely used not only in Google, but also in Microsoft, Amazon, Netflix, Über, etc. etc.
These services are packaged in container images, clusters are managed in Kubernetes, and resources are provisioned in the customer data-cen.
