Golang Job: Senior Back End Engineer

Job Summary:

At Reliant, we’re helping consumers access virtual and on-site medical care by building tools that help providers treat and diagnose patients wherever they are located. Whether a visit takes place at home, at work, or in-person, our unified software platform bridges the gap between technology, provider and patient, making the entire episode of care easy for patients and efficient for providers. We are currently looking to bring on a remote Senior GOLANG Developer to join a group of developers that will be utilizing cutting edge technology.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead systems design and architecture
• Implement API endpoints for high volume client web applications (in Golang)
• Implement and maintain scalable web backend systems
• Build performant and reusable backend services
• Collaborating with management, departments and customers to identify end-user requirements and specifications
• Adhere to Reliant ID policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or equivalent experience
• 5+ years software development experience
• 3+ years deep experience with GoLang
• Experience with DynamoDB and ElasticSearch
• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs
• Experience with the DevOps mindset, Continuous Delivery and test driven development
• Fluency with GIT
• Experience with AWS (S3, IAM, Lambda’s, API Gateway, SQS, etc...)
• Experience with Frontend JavaScript frameworks like React.js and Backend JavaScript NodeJs/Express/Mysql preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $105,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Go Language: 4 years (Preferred)
• Backend Developer: 4 years (Preferred)
