Golang Job: Software Engineer

Job Description – Software Engineer (Backend), Mi.com

As a Software engineer, you will own back end development aspects of Mi.com App/PC/M-site. You will ensure that any new project or optimization for mi.com is thoroughly developed by applying best practices and take initiations to improve customer experience. This is both an internal & external facing role – you will be working with the mi.com team in India, our colleagues in China as well as with third-party vendors for any external integrations that we initiate.

Job Requirements

• 
  Responsible for the back-end research and development of Xiaomi Overseas Mall, including demand communication, architecture design, core technology research and development, etc.
• Work with the team to solve technical problems such as high concurrency, high availability system, micro-service architecture, multi-computer room and high availability cache system in e-commerce.
• Analyze and summarize the problems in the R & D process, and improve the R & D efficiency through continuous technological innovation, architecture optimization and R & D process transformation

Qualifications

• 
  2+ years working experience
• Proficient in Go language development and familiar with common frameworks such as beego/gin/grpc
• Experience in research and development and use of microservices
• Familiar with business development related storage tools: Mysql/MQ/Redis, etc.
• Good team spirit and active communication consciousness
• Good at learning and applying new knowledge and good ability to analyze and solve problems
