As the Global Business SaaS and Customer Success Lead for the Financial Transaction Processing System (FTPS) ecosystem you will be responsible for the design, implementation and deploy ment of FTPS cloud services, reporting directly into the Global Platform Lead for FTPS. FTPS is JP Morgan's strategic clearing & settlement platform and is being scaled to support multiple asset classes, across Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Global Clearing and Securities Services.

You will combine your years of proven expertise with a never-ending quest to create innovative platform services through solid engineering practices. You will lead a highly inspired and inquisitive team of technologists who are already developing and deploying applications to the highest standards. With your deep knowledge of design, development, testing, platform integration combined with your commercial mind set , experience of forging strong stakeholder relationships and fostering joint accountability for end-to-end delivery, your team will raise their game even more, meeting your standards, as well as satisfying both business and functional requirements. This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including but not limited to:

  • Capture technical requirements and feedback from internal customer teams, ensures all tech and ops customers are successfully understanding the platform services and satisfied with the provided services.
  • Building reference implementation by piloting new services with partner teams, plan and assisting other line of business to properly adopt the platform offering.
  • Prepare existing business services and able to orchestrate the transformation from the current form to future SaaS for common business services

  • Mastery of cloud service model, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines

  • Track record of designing, delivering, and integrating cloud platform services in partnership with a wide range of technical stakeholders

  • A commercial mind set and experience of making pragmatic choices around delivery sequencing to realize platform value

  • Tenacity in avoiding/resolving/removing hurdles no matter where they arise to deliver and drive adoption of fit-for-purpose technology solutions

  • Passion for building a common, opinionated platform to drive standardization and consistency across adopters

  • Experience of managing the contention between standardization versus customization and identifying where variation is genuinely required as opposed to preferred for non-essential reasons

  • Experience managing global teams, providing clarity of vision and priorities, and promoting common goals

  • Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices

  • Experience in modern programming language include but not limited to Java, Python, Golang

  • Experience in modern technologies include but not limited to Kafka, Machine learning, blockchain

  • Experience in public cloud, at least successfully launched more than one commercial cloud service in either aws, azure or other popular public cloud

  • Experience in cloud platforms and skills to transform existing legacy platform into PaaS

  • Experience in SaaS and skills to transform legacy application into SaaS

  • Experience in Kubernetes, containerization, monolith decomposition.
